The Flow of our Services

In order to meet our customers’ needs, I-Wave Corporation tries to respond to each and every customer.

We hear our customers’ requests and examine & propose products that fit the uses of their research and development projects.
Please feel free to contact us for information on products that are not listed on our website.

In addition, we actively conduct product research overseas and always provide our customers with new information (information from groups such as OFC, ECOC, etc.). Those who would like to see the latest information can also feel free to contact us.

We respond to our customers through the flow listed below when receiving orders.

Contacting: We respond by phone / email.
Hearing: Our sales representatives hear the customers’ desired specifications, delivery dates, prices, etc.
Estimates: We coordinate the specifications, delivery dates, prices, etc. mentioned above to meet the customers’ needs.
Receiving Orders: Upon receiving orders, we place orders with our suppliers and contact the customers with the first scheduled delivery dates.
Contacting with Delivery Dates: We contact the customers with the second scheduled delivery dates about one week before the scheduled delivery date.
Deliveries: We ship or deliver the products that have been ordered.

We respond through the flow listed below if products that have been purchased malfunction.

Contacting: We respond by phone / email.
Hearing: We phone or visit the customers and confirm the symptoms of the malfunctions.
Returning / Shipping: Our representatives request the returning or shipping of the malfunctioning products back to us.
Shipping to the manufacturer (estimates if necessary)
Shipping or delivering to the customer after repairs have been made (usually takes 1 to 4 weeks)

In order to respond to our customers’ requests faithfully, we aim for prompt and flexible responsiveness.
